Hollywood Black Film Festival 2008

Jack is a struggling young author who has reached the end of his rope and feels hopeless. His latest manuscript is stuck in rewrites, the bills keep coming, and the cockroaches are commandeering his ramshackle basement apartment. He's also still hung up on his ex-girlfriend who has moved on with a new relationship. Late one night, Jack decides to go for a walk when he comes face to face with a threatening stranger who calls himself the Black Buzzard. The Buzzard interrogates him with a myriad of endless questions, but just when Jack thinks things couldn't get any worse, this mysterious stranger defies all his expectations, and turns the tables with a gesture that Jack could have never seen coming
